1. Cancel a subscription
Where self-service billing is available, you can cancel from your billing settings; until then, contact us and we will action it for you.
2. What happens to access
Paid features end at the point your plan says they do. What happens to your stored data and account access after that is set out here plainly, once it is settled.
3. Refunds
The refund policy, including a mistaken or duplicate charge and your statutory consumer rights, is stated here once it has been through legal review.
4. Full Legal Support
Full Legal Support carries a three-month minimum term. What that means if you cancel during it is set out here once the service contract is signed off.
