1. What Best Chance provides
Best Chance is a digital service: tools, guidance and content that help you understand and act on your child’s special educational needs, plus any separate plans or human and legal support you choose to add.
2. What Best Chance is not
Best Chance gives general information, not clinical diagnosis or treatment, and it is not an emergency service. Some situations need a solicitor or another professional acting for you specifically, and this service does not replace that.
3. Your account
When accounts open, you will need to meet basic eligibility rules, keep your account secure, give truthful information, and understand that access can be suspended for misuse.
4. Payments and cancellation
Any paid plan follows the pricing shown at the time, with billing, cancellation and refund rules set out on the pricing and billing pages, and a minimum term applies to Full Legal Support.
5. Content and acceptable use
You keep the rights to what you upload, and you confirm you have permission to share it. We do not allow the service to be misused, and public or community content is held to the same standard.
6. Keeping these terms accurate
We review these terms with qualified legal advice to make sure they match the product, the law that applies, and our commercial and insurance position, and we will say clearly if anything material changes.
