What this asks
This check asks one question: how long ago you asked the council for an EHC needs assessment. You get a finding on where that sits against the published timescales, and what the route is when a wait has run past them. It works from what you tell it. It does not know the date your request reached the council, and it does not guess at one.
What it does not ask for
You are not asked for your child’s name, and no documents are needed. Your answers are not put in the web address and are not sent to your school or council.
