What this asks
This check asks one question: how clearly the support section of the plan describes the help your child gets. If it is written in general terms, you get a finding on why that matters and where the wording can be raised. It does not read the plan for you, and it says nothing about whether the plan is right overall.
What it does not ask for
You are not asked for your child’s name, and no documents are needed. Your answers are not put in the web address and are not sent to your school or council.
