What this asks
This check asks one question: whether the support that was agreed is actually happening week to week. Where there is a gap, you get a finding on what turns it into something a school or council can answer for. It does not decide who is at fault, and it does not contact anyone.
What it does not ask for
You are not asked for your child’s name, and no documents are needed. Your answers are not put in the web address and are not sent to your school or council.
