HELP OTHER PARENTS FIND BEST CHANCE — WITH CLEAR BOUNDARIES
Parent Ambassadors
Parent Ambassadors can help families discover Best Chance, run local introductions such as coffee mornings and feed real parent experience back into the product.

What ambassadors can do
Introduce Best Chance, share approved information, host community sessions, collect non-sensitive feedback and point parents toward the Check.
What ambassadors do not do
Ambassadors should not present themselves as Best Chance lawyers, clinicians, SENCOs or official representatives of a council unless separately qualified and explicitly authorised.
Training and safeguarding
Ambassadors should receive simple training on privacy, safeguarding, claims, referral boundaries and what to do when a parent raises an urgent concern.
Community feedback
Ambassadors can surface recurring questions and usability issues without collecting unnecessary case details.
Recognition
The programme should explain benefits, expectations and any referral arrangement clearly so the relationship is transparent.
