FIND THE QUESTION THAT SOUNDS LIKE YOURS
Episode library
Every episode is filed by the problem it answers rather than by a number, so you can look for the question that sounds like yours instead of working out which week it was.

An episode is listed here once it has been broadcast, kept with its transcript, a written summary and the sources behind anything it states as fact. Nothing is staged to make the library look fuller than it is, so an empty shelf means exactly that.
How the library works
- Filed by problemPlans, school support, transport, therapy, communication, evidence, meetings, social care, money, daily life and transitions — the shelves are the things parents are actually dealing with.
- Each episode ends in an actionAn episode page carries the question, the short answer, one next move, the sources wherever the answer rests on published guidance, and the Best Chance check that does the same job on your own paperwork.
- Clips lead back, never awayA short clip always carries a route to the full answer, so a point that depends on the details cannot circulate as though it did not.
- Dated, and marked when it agesLaw and process change. Each episode shows when it was recorded, and says so on its face once what it explains has been updated since.
- Readable, not only watchableCaptions, a full transcript and a summary you can scan come with every episode. Nobody should have to sit through an hour of video to find one answer.
