WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE BEST CHANCE LIVE TO HELP WITH?
Submit a question
Ask it in your own words. You do not need the right SEND terminology, the right file reference or a tidy version of the story — the question as it sits in your head at 2am is the one worth asking.
There is no question box on this page yet. Submission opens with the programme itself, because a form that took your question and had nobody to answer it would be the dead end this site refuses to build. What that submission asks for, and what it does with your answer, is set out below.
What submitting a question involves
- The question itselfThe one thing you most want answered. Not the whole history — the single question that, if somebody answered it, would move you forward this week.
- Only the context that changes the answerYour child’s age or stage, roughly where you are if the answer differs by area, what has already happened, and any date that matters. Nothing else is asked for, because nothing else improves the answer.
- Your choices about how it is usedWhether the question can be answered publicly, whether it must be anonymised, and whether what you have written can be used beyond the show. Three separate choices, and none of them is assumed.
- What the programme cannot beBest Chance Live is not an emergency service, and it cannot replace urgent safeguarding, individual clinical assessment or formal legal representation. Where a situation needs a person rather than a programme, the answer says so.
- What happens nextSelected questions go to the show. Everyone who sends one is pointed straight to the check or the guidance that covers their situation, because waiting for an episode is not an answer.
If you need an answer sooner
These work today, and none of them needs an account.
You do not have to wait for a show
Get Help starts from what is happening to you and takes you to the guidance written for it.
