What every resource has to do

• It starts from a questionWhat happens after an annual review. They have not replied — what now. The heading is the thing you would type, not the thing a policy team would file it under.
• The answer comes firstThe useful part is in the opening paragraph. Detail follows for whoever needs it, and nobody has to read to the end to work out whether the page is for them.
• It shows you what to checkThe evidence, the dates, who is responsible for what, and the question to ask — so reading it leaves you holding something.
• It ends in one actionEach page connects to the check, tool or template that does the next bit, rather than wishing you luck.
• Anything that changes is sourcedLaw, process, rates and forms carry the source they came from, the part of the country they apply to, their status, and the date somebody last checked them.
